We will contact you and together we will work out the best way to accomplish your ideas. We will send an estimate (without obbligation) together with a virtual sample.

How do I place an order?

 If you are interested in a standard product (not personalized) it is sufficient to choose an article from our "Themes Catalogue" and send us an e-mail or fax, or call us with the article code and the quantilty. We will forward the relative estimate.

If instead you want a personalized product,  you must first choose the format you prefer from our catalogue " Personalized Lollipops" and "Personalized Chocolate". Then send us an e-mail (or call us o send a fax) indicating the code of the product of your choice, the quantity desired and the type of personalization prefered. For example: a simple text, a personal image, an image from our catalogue modified to meet your needs etc. We will send you an estimate together with a virtual sample for your eventual approval.

Once the estimate has been confirmed you must request a bank wire transfer. Following receipt of payment production will begin and in ten days you will receive the merchandise at your home address.

The cost of transportation will be included in the estimate and will depend on the weight and size of the package and the place of destination. Therefore when asking for a quotation, please don't forget to indicate these details.

 

The minimum quantity is 30 pieces for the small and medium lollipops and 200 pieces for the chocolates.

 

When you order personalized products can you have an assortment of images?

 It depends from the quantity ordered. If the order is the minimum of 30 pieces you can have only one image printed.

On the sugar products and on white chocolate all colours can be used. On dark chocolate (milk or fondent) a maximum of three colours can be used.

Yes, we can print on both sides, but it is a laborious procedure and therefore costs more. Moreover the printing on the back will be covered by the bow and the folds in the paper wrapping the lollipop, hence it's not recommended.

 

Is the colour used edible?

Certainly. We only used authorized food colouring certified by the competent authorities.

On average we allow ten working days for delivery. In any case we can be more exact  when we evaluate your specific needs, such as place of destination and the quantity of the production.
