Moulds: suggestions for use
These preformed moulds allow you to create decorative chocolates in the format and design of your choice. The thermoformed sheets come screen printed using colours with a cocoa butter base: you can choose a design from our catalogue or we can print your personalized deoration. The moulds can also be ordered plain.
Simply pour the tempered chocolate, using a piping bag, into the screen printed mould.
Once filled, shake the mould vogorously so as to eliminate any air bubbles and to spread the chocolate uniformly. Refrigerate for 20 minutes at 10°C.
Delicately turn out the decorated chocolates: they can be used as little plaques or to decorate the edge of a torte.

The pre-formed moulds and alveolates with tranferable decorations allow you to obtain decorated chocolate articles easily, like those used during courses for professional pastry chefs, to apply as decorations for cakes or desserts, or chocolates in the format and decoration of your choice. They can be used to create decorations for your confectionery products. The transferable decorations can be used to print on chocolates the logo of your pastry shop, or the name of your pastry chef, in this way your products will carry your endorsement with your trade mark in chocolate . Decorated chocolates with the words "Best wishes" "Happy Birthday" " Happy Holidays" are very useful to insert easily and elegantly a message of good wishes on a cake.
